Description:
Map titled " A Map of New France Containing Canada, Louisiana &c. in Nth. America." from vol. 5 of Moll's "Atlas Geographus." The map of eastern North America extends from Newfoundland on the east to th upper Mississippi River on the west. Note in upper-right corner lists several placenames used on the map, and their English equivalents, "for thus the French have altered ye names in ye King's Grant of those Countries to Monsieur Crozat."
